Prema Patil, Founder and CEO of Tanson Corp is a technology savvy entrepreneur with more than 10 years of contribution towards the design, development, and delivery of leading-edge Technology Solutions and Human Capital Management across the globe. Under her leadership, she has cultivated Tanson into a fast-growing Consulting and Professional Services firm. She has been recognized as a 2017 Enterprising Woman of the Year. In addition, she has been honored as a delegate to be a part of the Global Women Entrepreneurship Summit. Under Prema’s leadership, Tanson has won Supplier of the year award by NCMSDC.

As a strategic business leader and champion of the client experience, she drives exceptional business results and innovative thinking. She brings innovative approaches and builds new capabilities. Prema works closely with her Advisory Board, whose advice/input on strategy and direction helps her drive the company to attain its vision of being one of the best award winning and most successful high performing Professional Services companies.

Tanson’s evolution and growth is the result of Prema?s fearless leadership to overcome challenges and her intense focus on two core values: delivering impeccable service to clients and keeping people at the heart of everything Tanson does.

Prema has mentored several women and minority startups to help them grow their business. She is a committed civic leader and philanthropist. She advocates passionately for women and entrepreneurs and works to advance girls and women in STEM fields.
